1. What Naseeb is

Naseeb is a platform for hosting and entering free-entry giveaways. Entry is always free — no purchase, payment, or fee of any kind is ever required or accepted to enter a giveaway or to improve your odds of winning. If any part of this site ever appears to ask you to pay to enter, that's a bug, not a feature — please report it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for any activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Each person may hold one account; creating multiple accounts to gain extra entries violates these terms and any resulting entries may be void.

3. Hosting a giveaway

If you host a giveaway, you confirm that: entry is free to everyone with no purchase necessary; you have disclosed who is funding the prize (shown publicly on the listing); and you will select the winner only by random draw from all eligible entries after the stated deadline, and honor that result. You're responsible for delivering the prize you describe. Naseeb is not a party to that exchange and is not responsible for a host failing to deliver a prize.

4. Random draws

Winners are selected uniformly at random from all valid entries once a giveaway's deadline has passed. Draws cannot be triggered before the deadline and cannot be re-run once completed.

5. Account suspension

We may suspend or remove an account or listing that violates these terms — including multi-accounting, fraudulent host applications, or listings that don't meet the free-entry requirements above.

6. No warranty

Naseeb is provided as-is. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for prizes, disputes between hosts and entrants, or losses arising from your use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Naseeb operates as a free-promotion platform and is scoped to stay outside the licensing requirements the GCGRA applies to paid commercial gaming — see our About page for more on why.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continuing to use Naseeb after a change means you accept the update.
